INEC Has Issued Certificate of Return To The Man Arrested With 4000PVCs In Enugu,Haba INEC?

You remember Dr Chukwuemeka Ujam ,a PDP House of Representative candidate in the just concluded 2015 elections.He is also former Commissioner for Lands in Enugu State ,he contested for the Nkanu East/West seat. Emeka was allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu on the 28th of March by the military, who paraded him.But INEC has issued him a certificate of return.Click to see his certificate.
