Courtesy calls by communities, groups, and individuals on the Benue State Governor-elect, Chief Dr Samuel Ortom, at his Makurdi residence have been suspended until further notice.

A statement signed by Mr Tahav Agerzua, Media Adviser to the Benue State Governor-elect, Chief Dr Ortom, disclosed that the suspension became necessary on account of the need to tidy up other arrangements for the Friday inauguration.
The statement expressed the Governor-elect's appreciation to those who called with advice, requests, and gifts.
It stated those those who desire to visit Chief Dr Ortom after his inauguration can book appointments with the Protocol Department of Government House and appropriate dates shall be assigned to them.www.fabmimi.com
