NYSC Members In Abuja Donate Relief Materials To Displaced People InIDPs Around FCT.
Some youth corpers serving in Abuja have donated relief materials to displaced persons who are currently camping in IDPs around FCT.
According to the Coordinator of the Project Impact project Agatha Icheen - Kwembeh, The project which is themed "Project Impact." is aimed at delivering relief materials to displaced people in form of food items, clothing, toiletries and books to the Gwoza & Bama IDP camp located in Durumi, FCT.
The project is sponsored by NYSC (2014 Batches B & C) "Agro Allied" Community Development Service (CDS) group in Zone 5, Abuja.
On the funding, Agatha said it's from their NYSC meager resources and with the help of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) headquarters,they were able to raise funds to achieve this project.
