Tragedy : Ghastly Accident In Makurdi Claims Several Lives.

This ghastly accident occurred in Makurdi today. The sad incident occurred this evening precisely around Makurdi - Abuja road involving a Benue links bus and a volkswagen salon car.




Eye witnesses said the Benue links bus was trying to overtake another vehicle and collided with the Volkswagen that was coming from Makurdi with palm oil.

The eyewitness could not ascertain the total number of casualties since members of the road safety corps prevented people from taking a close view. However, no fewer than 4 people died. Sad may their souls rest in peace.
