Who Owns This Hotel Somewhere Around Keffi?

I saw this beautiful hotel in Keffi and the taxi driver confidently told me that it belongs to Former Governor of Benue state Dr Gabriel Suswam.
The place is yet to be commissioned. But it's a lovely place.
