Graphic Images :Policeman's Hand Chopped Off While Trying To Arrest A Commercial Bus.

Kai this is so graphic, I saw the pictures on twitter, they are allover, but LIB said it's a policeman trying to arrest a moving commercial vehicle, in the process this man's hand was chopped off.
Where it happened, I don't know, nobody knows for now but the pictures surfaced online.


Now what lessons can be learnt from this incident?
