Displaced People Sighted On Awolowo Way, Ikoyi,Lagos

We captured these refugees today in Ikoyi close to EFCC Headquarters ,some people said they are refugees from Togo.They are so many I don't know whether the commission for Refugees have received any report on their continuos stay in this place.
