NHRC Summons Army,Police Others Over Alleged Abuse Of Civilians.

You all saw the picture of the suspected armed robber who was brutalized by soldiers in Nassarawa state today....Anyway some people got the pictures and circulated on social media till it go to my boss,the Executive Secretary of NHRC Prof Bem Angwe .

He saw the pictures and other civilian abuse by police and army personnels  and  summoned the Nigerian Army and Nigerian police to appear before the commission in Abuja on 17 August 2015.

The issue of Abuse of Civilians by police and army is getting out of hand,everyday we receive one case or another.......Infact if you see any form of Abuse of Civilian by Police or Army ,don't hesitate to inform NHRC..
