Meet The Beautiful, Gorgeous And Elegant Wife Of Benue State Governor Mrs Eunice Erdoo Ortom.

 

Mrs. Eunice Erdoo Ortom, wife of the Governor of Benue State has served as an administrator in various ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) in Benue State, as well as the private sector.

Mrs. Ortom has brought sound ideas and knowledge gathered, beginning from her days as a student of International Studies at the Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria to bear in decision making process that has ennobled organizations where she worked to realize their set objectives.
The Benue State Governor’s wife is a Master’s Degree Holder in International Relations and Strategic Studies of the Benue State University which she obtained in 2004.
She obtained the General Certificate of Education (GCE) at the Queen of the Rosary Secondary School, Gboko in 1988 and has a Diploma in Information Technology and Management.
She commenced public service as an administrative officer at the Benue State University, Makurdi during the one year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) between 1998 to 1999.
In 2001, the wife of the Governor of Benue State joined the services of the Benue State Government and was posted to the office of the Head of Service as Administrative Officer (AOII).
Hardly had the elegant, gorgeous, amiable, classy and above all, down to earth administrator settled down that she was sent to the office of the Accountant General.
Between 2002 and 2003, Mrs. Eunice Ortom was at the Ministry of Information as Information Officer II.
It is often said, that success goes to the one who will push a little harder, go a little further and do a little more.
As it is characteristic of her to leave indelible footprints wherever she served, Mrs. Ortom’s exceptional dedication to duty saw her moving to the Benue State Development Project on HIV/AIDS as Chief Administrative Officer between 2004 to 2006.
In recognition of her efficient service delivery capacity while serving on the HIV/AIDS project, Mrs. Ortom was given a higher responsibility at the Benue State AIDS Control Agency BENSACA as Senior Administrative Officer and Gender Focal person between 2007 and 2010.
The cool headed wife of the Governor also served as Principal Administrative Officer at the State Ministry of Finance.
A mother of five children, Mrs. Ortom who was born on the 27th of August, 1972 is married to Samuel Ortom, the fifth Executive Governor of Benue State.
She has attended trainings at home and abroad including, Building Women against violent situations in the United States of America, USA in 2005 and National Conference on the family in 2006.
The elegant wife of the Benue State Governor also attended a Gender Mainstreaming Workshop in 2006, and training on the use of community theatre for HIV/AIDS intervention in Benue State in 2008.
