Nigerian Airforce Helicopter Crashes In Kaduna.





Report reaching us indicate that a Nigerian Air Force helicopter has crashed at the old site of the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna.

It was learnt that the Abuja bound helicopter crashed about ten minutes after take off from the NAF base.

Those on board the flight which crashed at about 6. 47am on Saturday include the pilot, co-pilot, two engineers and three passengers.

Though emergency officials are already performing search and rescue operations, a source said the seven persons are reported dead on an Air Force Training flight which crashed into Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA Officers Quarters, Kaduna on Saturday morning.

Officials of the National Emergency Maintenance Agency (NEMA), state Emergency Agency (KASEMA) and Red Cross Society are on ground.
