This herdsman was spotted in Makurdi around Old GRA on the way to Makurdi Plaza hotel moving his cattle around while riding on a motorcycle. For 30 mins he prevented cars from moving,passengers in one of the vehicles said they had to wait for him to clear his cattle before they had access to the road,he even had a very poisonous knife in his pocket.Na wah.
