Army personnel brutalizes BIRS staff on duty at Modern Market Makurdi.

Some staff of ministry of commerce and BIRS who mount the gate were brutally dealt with by some military guys.
According to Terna Francis who is the media assistant to the BIRS Chairman,two people have already been arrested and investigation is on going.
