Obiano swears in a 30 year old Economist as Commissioner in Anambra State... Pictures!

Mark Okoye II, flanked by his wife, was today sworn in as the Honourable Commissioner for Economic Planning, Budget and Development Partners at the Executive Council Chamber of Anambra State by the Executive gov of Anambra state,Willie Obiano.
With this, the 30-year-old Mark Okoye is one of the youngest commissioner in Nigeria.
Mark is one of the numerous youth who make up over 55% of the political appointments made by Willie Obiano.
