NCP blasts Buhari over appointment of Halima Bala Usman as NPA MD.

The appointment of Hadiza Bala Usman as Managing Director, Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has drawn Criticism from the opposition National Conscience Party
(NCP).

In his reaction, Dr Yunusa Tanko, National President NCP Described the appointment as wrong.


He said, "while I seriously supporting electing and appointment our Women into Governance, the appointment of Hadiza Bala Usman as NPA Boss is one wrong appointment too many.
Tanko urged the Federal Government to reverse the appointment as she lacked the Competence and Experience to manage such large Organisation and heading senior Professors as staff under her,
