JUST IN-Buhari meets state govs in Aso Rock

President Muhammadu Buhari is presently in a meeting with governors of the 36 states of the federation at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The President joined the governors at the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. The meeting is presently on-going.

Buhari, who returned from London, United Kingdom (UK) on Friday last week where he had been on a medical vacation, had told politicians including the state governors not to send delegation to him in the presidential villa but should rather use their time to pray for the country.
New telegraph learnt the President, who came into the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, venue of the NEC meeting, went round shaking hands and exchanging pleasantries with all the state governors, before later participating in the meeting.

Vice President Osinbajo, who ushered in the President, said it was an expanded session to allow Buhari interact with the governors.
