Ortom's convoy in road crash. PHOTOS

The convoy of Benue state gov,Samuel Ortom' was this afternoon 21 march 2017 in the minor accident which occurred on their way back from Zaki-Biam A statement signed by Chief Press Secretary  to the gov,Terver Akase, An oncoming vehicle, Carina Two, left its lane and hit the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, bus which was on Governor Samuel Ortom's convoy. 

No life was lost in the incident.
One occupant of the Carina car sustained serious head injuries and was taken to hospital on the directive of the Governor.
The State NUJ Chairman, Comrade Kris Atsaka who was in the bus sustained minor injuries.
The incident occurred about 4:30pm between Abakwa and Adi in Buruku local government area.
