Sen Ali Ndume empowers his constituency with Keke Napeps.

As part of his efforts to discourage idleness and support the less privileges among the people of his constituency, the senator representing Southern Borno Sen Mohammed Ali Ndume has presented Keke Napeps to some youths and APC chairmen of Southern Borno.

Aimed to make them self reliant ,the gesture was described as first of it kind in recent time.
