Police Arrest 2 Suspects Over Hamburger’s Death

Operatives of the Lagos state police command have arrested two persons over the alleged murder of the Lagos State Motorcycle Operators Association, Mr Rasaq Bello, popularly known as Hamburger.

According to information gathered  The suspects, identified as Samson and Tunde were reportedly taken to the state Criminal Investigation Department, SCIID, Panti, Yaba.

Meanwhile, the wife of the late Hamburger, Alhaja Abolore Bello, has appealed to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr Fatai Owoseni and other top officials to ensure that culprits responsible for her late husband’s death are brought to justice.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, confirmed the arrests, adding that the suspects are still undergoing interrogation.

Recall that Mr Rasaq Bello aka Hamburger, the Chairman of the Lagos State Motorcycle Operators Association was shot dead during the councillorship primaries of All Progressives Congress, APC, at Shogunle area of Lagos, two months ago.
