Former Kano Deputy Governor Declares For 2019

The former Deputy Governor of Kano State and pioneer chairman of the All Progressives Congress Engr Abdullahi Tijjani Muhammad Gwarzo have declared to contest for Senatorial seat of Kano North under the platform of the APC

He made this known to news men in a press release that he signed and was circulated to newsmen in Kano, he is to challenge the incumbent Senator Barau I Jibrin, Barau was elected as senator in 2015.

The statement which read in parts:

“Following wise consultations with my political associates, youth and women groups, students, opinion leaders and all stakeholders of APC in Kano north, I have decided to contest as senator representing the zone in the upper chamber of the National Assembly with a view to providing quality legislation and improve the living condition of the people in the area which are only attainable through proper and true representation”.
