Is This A Road In Nigeria Or A Smuggling Route For Smugglers Of Contraband Goods.

I don't want to believe what am seeing,if this is a road in Nigeria then we are yet to be transformed,am thinking that this could be an old image of a road  around Benin,or anywhere else in the South ,can you also notice that those lorries are conveying produce or raw materials for agriculture?or are the smuggulers who created smuggling routes?,please can someone help me out please.big shame in deed this is a violation of our right to basic amenities,anyway there are a thousand and one of such roads in Nigeria this is just one of such.
