Fulani Herdsmen Lays Ambush In Enugu Community, Machetes Man To Death.



An indigene of Ibagwa Ezimo in Udenu local Government Area of Enugu State has been killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen.
It was gathered that the victim, Theophilus Eleje walked into the herdsmen, who laid ambush along the road.
Spokesman of the police in Enugu State, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, DSP, who confirmed the incident, said the herdsmen operated as armed robbers.
According to Amaraizu, “the suspected Fulani robbers gave matchet cuts on the head of their victim, identified as one Theophilus Eneje as he ran into them. They emerged from the bush”.
He stated that the victim later died owing to the matchet cuts he received.
Amaraizu added that “manhunt has been intensified in order to arrest the suspects”.

this killings have been going on for a while, their have been numerous reports of fulani herds men robbing and killing commuters all over Nigeria, we hear no word of condemnation from their rulers and teachers of the faith, except that moslims have/are being targeted in the war against terrorism in Nigeria.
