The second edition of Benue Girls Soar, a capacity-building and mentoring summit for final year secondary school girls in Benue State to mark the United Nations International Day of the Girl Child, a day set aside to create awareness on the plight of the Girl took place today in Makurdi ,the event was well attended with remarkable from the target audience.

Highlights of the day was the award of of Gifted And Soaring Award to Mrs Monica Doo Hemben Eimunjeze, Director of Registration and Regulatory Affairs, NAFDAC, While Chief Mrs Ivase got the Lifetime Achievement Award.
