APC Presidential aspirant Atiku Abubakar today delivered a speech on "Protecting the rights of Nigerian women and girl-child amidst insecurity. 

It was the presentation of the book "Re-thinking the Legal Framework for rights of Women & Girl-Child in Nigeria" in honour of his wife, Titi Atiku Abubakar.The event took place in Abuja.

Atiku could not hide his feelings for his wife he posted pictures on his Facebook page eulogising Titi.
