12,000 Nigerians Repatriated From Cameroon.





National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has revealed that about 12,000 Nigerians are currently been repatriated from cameroon.some of the returning Nigerian
According to NEMA officials quoted by BBC, 1,121 Nigerians have returned home through the Sahuda border post in Adamawa state.

The report also revealed that the returnees were forced back to Nigeria after seeking asylum in the country following the ongoing bombings by terror group, Boko Haram.

Cameroon have come under attack from Boko Haram in recent times for supporting Nigeria. BBC said female suicide bombers have been behind several blasts in northern Cameroon in July and the regional governor since banned the Islamic veil as part of counter-terror measures.

It also said the UN refugee agency revealed that about 100 persons register every day at the campmwhich had opened in July 2013.
