Buhari To Replace WAI With ‘Change Begins With Me’ Campaign.

Minister of Information and Culture Alhaji Lai Muhammed said the War Against Indiscipline (WAI) will soon be be rebranded into Change Begins with Me (CBWM).
The minister said this on Monday when he paid a courtesy call on the management of Media Trust, publishers of Trust titles and Aminiya, a Hausa language weekly newspaper.
WAI was the social change programme launched by President Muhammadu Buhari when he was a military head of state between 1983 and 1985.
