Solange put her imagination to work on Monday morning when she made a dress completely out of plastic bags from the dry cleaners! Gotta use them for something!
The 29-year-old designer took to her social media with a funny four-second video of her practicing her ballet skills as she showed off her latest see-through masterpiece.
