BENUE STATE UNIVERSITY ON WORLD BANK RADAR.By Goddfrey Mom.(Student).

There is light at the end of the tunnel goes a trite expression which explain itself to be darkness in the tunnel and light in its outside. When I first came to the main campus of the Benue state university Makurdi at dusk I was perplexed what dungeon I found myself in,a whole hall would have only one functional bulb and students would croud around it like termites. Almost all the electrical gadgets were in abeyance at the time BSU was not far-fetched from a make shift university until the dungeon left the light and it has been shining. The emergence of Prof Mrs Charity Angya's emergence as vice chancellor saw the beginning of a new era for the institution and it regained its rightful place as the pride of the state. Just a night after her appointment dusk was like day as every nook and cranny of the university was glowing.Recently Prof Mrs Charity Angya placed BSU on world map following the enviable financial support she won from the world bank,BSU being among the few universities  in Africa to be considered is truly blessed under the leadership of our distinguished vice chancellor. To make the whole story worthwhile she is doing justice to the said benefit which is in the tune of billions of naira, she has virtually turned the entire university community to a construction site prominent of the structures is the school's main library,if completed will be among the largest in the country.

Goddfrey Mom is a Medical Student at Benue State University
