The All Progressive Congress (APC), Benue state chapter, yesterday welcomed more than 2000 members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and two members from Labour Party (LP) who dumped their party for APC


The defectors, led by Mr. Paul Ayati, were received in Borikyo Council ward of Ukum local Government area of Benue State.

The defectors burnt their membership cards to show their loyalty, pledging allegiance to the APC.

While addressing the decampees, Benue state Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr.Tersoo Kpelai said.

“The difference between our administration and the previous one is that the previous Government had the resources and allocations in excess, yet refused to use it judiciously but we are operating on dwindling allocations
