So let's meet on Saturday 17, November at 20:00 as we take Africa to the future," says Bonang.

Holding it down for the males on the night is Nigerian, Panshak Zamani – popularly known as Ice Prince. He began writing music in 1998 and later formed a group with a couple of his friends called the Ecomog Squad. They had a few performances as a group and split a year later. Fast forward to the present, the Jos-raised artist has become a bonafide solo star across the continent over the past few years, primarily driven by the mega hit "Oleku".

The song, featuring Brymo, saw Ice Prince win Most Gifted Newcomer Video at the 8th Annual Channel O Music Video Awards – and his current chart-toppers "Superstar" and "Magician (Remix)" featuring Gyptian have seen the artist earn a nomination for Most Gifted Hip Hop Video as well as Most Gifted Ragga Dancehall Video, respectively this year.

"I feel really honoured and super excited, I think I am more excited than anyone who has ever hosted/co-hosted the show because it's a huge privilege to be hosting the biggest award show in Africa," says Ice Prince.

Twin delights! Tia & Tamera chat with DSTV.

DSTv.com

Celebrity identical twins Tia and Tamera Mowry are back for a second season, starting tonight on the Style Network at 21:15.

Last season, viewers saw the lovable sisters knock heads with Tia dealing with her pregnancy and Tamera organising her wedding to Fox News Correspondent Adam Housley. Despite the ups and downs - as with every sisterly relationship, Tia and Tamera are the best of friends.

In the new season, follow the Sister Sister stars as they dealt with the changes in their lives. Watch as Tia learns about juggling a career and being the best mom to her son Cree while Tamera adjusts to married life.

We caught up with Tia and asked her a few questions about the new season of Tia & Tamera.

Hi Tia, thank you for chatting with us today!

Thanks for chatting with me!

We're excited about the second season of Tia & Tamera. What can we expect in the new season?

There is so much in store for this season! You'll see my sister and I learn how to deal with our communication issues and our differences. Fans will also get to meet Cree and see the dynamics between my son and I, and the challenges I face as a working mom. You'll see Tamera's pregnancy journey, of course, and learn why I left The Game and what the future has in store for my acting career and future projects.

Were you surprised by the success of the first season and how relatable you both became to your fans?

Yes, definitely! I was so surprised, but it is all so exciting!

In the first season, you mentioned how you would like to be a working mom once Cree was born. Did you manage to strike the balance?

I don't think there really is a 'balance' being a working mom, you have to learn how to give and take and forgive yourself. But, I have managed to continue working on new and exciting projects while still being the best mother I can be to my son.

Along with being an actress, you are now an author of the parenting book Oh, Baby: Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to Another. Are you coaching Tamera through her pregnancy?

I try to help her whenever she asks me for help. In the book, I talk about women who constantly give other women advice when they didn't ask for it, and how that can be extremely annoying, so I tried to be very sensitive with Tamera and what she wanted. Whenever she wants my advice I give it to her, but when she doesn't want it I've learned to keep my thoughts to myself.

Now it's Tamera's turn and the baby is due any day now. Will you be in the delivery room with your sister?

Yes I definitely will be! I'm so excited!

Who do you think had an easier pregnancy between you and Tamera?

Tamera is still pregnant, so I think she's having a harder time with the baby coming past her due date - which can be really frustrating. I didn't experience that during my pregnancy, because I didn't have to wait as long. Physically I probably had it harder because I was so nauseous all of the time.

Being sisters, it's obvious to get annoyed or frustrated with one another at times. Were you more patient with your sister, knowing what being pregnant is like?

Oh yeah, definitely! There were no arguments at all during her pregnancy. I remember when I was pregnant, Tamera didn't really understand certain things because she had never been pregnant before. Because I was pregnant before, I knew what was off limits to talk about and discuss during Tamera's pregnancy.

What diaper-changing secret do you have for your sister?

Definitely to always keep your child entertained! Always keep a favourite toy or book around. Cree always loves to watch PBS Kids while he's getting changed, so keeping the babies entertained will help them from being restless during the many diaper changes.

After a trip to South Africa, your sister found out she was pregnant. Can we expect a visit from you in the near future? Perhaps you'll return home with another bun in the oven…

My husband and I definitely want to visit Africa! I was so saddened that I was not able to make the trip Tamera made because I was working at the time, but there will definitely be a trip for us in the near future.

Don't miss the second season of Tia & Tamera premieres tonight at 21:15 on the Style Network channel 173. Shared via the DStv.com iPad app.

Kanye in the UK: West goes east for Kim K

DSTv.com

Kanye West has flown 4,000 miles to be with Kim Kardashian.

The hip-hop star and his reality TV star girlfriend have rarely been apart since they began dating earlier this year.

On Wednesday, Kim jetted into London to launch her Kardashian Kollection clothing line with her sisters Kourtney and Khloé.

Although Kanye didn't accompany her on the flight from Miami, he was spotted walking into her hotel in the early hours of this morning.

It's thought he took the long journey for no other reason than to be with his girlfriend.

Kim has also proved how much she loves the hip-hop star, having been seen out rocking a gold ring bearing the initial KW yesterday.

Their behaviour has added fuel to the rumours they are planning to get engaged.

It's been suggested Kim was expecting Kanye to propose when they went on holiday to Venice to mark her 32nd birthday recently.

The ring didn't materialise, apparently because Kanye is reluctant to pop the question while Kim is still technically married.

She is in the process of divorcing Kris Humphries, who she was married to for just 72 days before their split.

Those close to the pair are adamant they will be taking things to the next level before too long.

"They really have connected with each other. It's so much more than the obvious, physical attraction," one source told Chicago Sun-Times.

"When you're around them you just get it. Their chemistry is so tangible you can practically touch it." Shared via the DStv.com iPad app.
