High court judge after my life – Blogger claims

A blogger, Promise Uzoma Okoro, popularly known as “PUO” has cried out over an alleged threat to his life by a Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Justice K.N Ogbonnaya.

Okoro, who runs a blog, Puoreports, alleged that the threat followed claims by the Judge that he blackmailed her over a case with suit No. FCT/HB/BW/ M 90/16, between Rev. Prof. Paul Emeka and the Incorporated Trustees of the Assemblies of God Nigeria.

The blogger claimed that the judge had during the sitting on the case on Wednesday 30th November 2016 vowed to deal with him, both physically and spiritually, with all her might.

He quoted the judge as saying: “Counsel to the defendant, on the next adjourned date make sure you produce in court Mr. Promise Uzoma Okoro, am ready to fight him both physically and spiritually with all my might over the article he wrote against my person.”

Okoro, therefore, stated as follows: “I was shocked to read in the papers that the judge vowed to deal with me both physically and spiritually. This is because in the first instance, I am not a party to the said suit, which involves Rev. Prof. Paul Emeka and the General Trustees of the Assemblies of God Church.

“On my enquiry, I was told that Barr Jude Aji, Counsel to Rev. Prof. Paul Emeka wrote a petition against me before the Judge since July 2016 over a purported article which I never wrote.

“I was also told that it was this same Lawyer that supplied my Details to the Judge when she mentioned Paul Uzoma Instead of Promise Uzoma Okoro, a clear sign of hatched evil plot against my person.

“I am not the spokesperson of the Assemblies of God Church but a blogger carrying out my duties. All I have always reported are nothing but the truth.

“I have also searched through my page‎ ‎for the said malicious publication but I could not lay my hand to any. I am, therefore amazed that the judge could threaten to deal with me over a matter I know nothing about.

“It is so strange that the Judge has already condemned me to death without hearing, without trial.

“I am therefore, alerting the general public that should anything happen to me, the judge should be held responsible. This threat will not be taken for granted considering some of things that have happened to so many journalists and bloggers in the recent past.

“Only a tree stands when it is about to be cut down; I’m being persecuted for doing nothing and I want the whole world to hear my voice.

“I am equally calling on the Inspector General of Police and the Department of State Services to monitor the activities of this judge because she is capable of doing so many things, including ‘selling justice’.

He equally claimed that the factional General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Nigeria, Rev. Prof. Paul Emeka was plotting with some thugs to deal with him.

“Their plan is to shoot me as soon as I appear in that court; they have already perfected their plans to execute me, but I am not going to fall prey to that.

“I was born, dedicated and baptized in the Assemblies of God Nigeria and as a member, I decided to use my platform to inform the members on the latest happening over the case instituted against the Church by Emeka and I have never reported what didn’t happen”, he said.

Jubilation in Gambia as Jammeh suffers defeat after 22 years in power

There is wild jubilation in Gambia as Yahya Jammeh, the country’s authoritarian president of 22 years, suffered a surprise defeat in presidential election.
He will be replaced by a property developer, Adama Barrow, who won more than 45% of the vote.

Mr Jammeh, who came to power in a coup in 1994, has not yet spoken since the results were announced.
Electoral commission chief Alieu Momar Njie Njie has appealed for calm as the country entered uncharted waters.

The West African state has not had a smooth transfer of power since independence from Britain in 1965.

Mr Barrow won 263,515 votes (45.5%) in Thursday’s election, while President Jammeh took 212,099 (36.7%), according to the electoral commission. A third party candidate, Mama Kandeh, won 102,969 (17.8%).

“There will be celebrations, there will be disappointment, but we all know we are all Gambia,” Mr Njie said, after announcing the results on Friday.

Born in 1965 in a small village near the eastern market town of Basse, Mr Barrow moved to London in the 2000s where he reportedly used to work as a security guard at an Argos catalogue store, while studying for real estate qualifications.

He returned to The Gambia in 2006 to set up his own property company, which he still runs today.

The 51-year-old won the presidential nomination in 2016 to lead an opposition coalition of seven parties – the largest alliance of its kind since independence, according to the AFP news agency.

On the electoral campaign, Mr Barrow – who has never held public office – promised to revive the country’s economy, which has forced thousands of Gambians to make the perilous journey to Europe.

He has criticised the lack of a two-term limit on the presidency and says he would introduce a three-year transitional government made up from members of the opposition coalition.

President Jammeh’s defeat comes as a huge surprise. Despite a surge of support for an opposition broadly united behind one candidate, most people expected the status quo to prevail.

Hopes weren’t high for a peaceful transfer of power, with a crackdown on opposition leaders months before the polls, the banning of international observers or post-election demonstrations, and then the switching off of the internet.

The unseating of an incumbent president is not the usual way politics goes in this part of the world – but it’s becoming popular in West Africa at least, with Muhammadu Buhari unseating Goodluck Jonathan in Nigeria just last year.

Former businessman Adama Barrow now has his chance to tackle the poverty and unemployment which drives so many young Gambians to join the Mediterranean migrant trail every year.

The president has yet to give a public statement on the result.

But Yahya Jammeh, a devout Muslim, once said he would rule for “one billion years” if “Allah willed it”.

Earlier this week, the 51-year-old said that his “presidency and power are in the hands of Allah and only Allah can take it from me”.

After announcing the results, Mr Njie said President Jammeh would call Mr Barrow to concede – though there has been no indication that this has happened.

“It’s really unique that someone who has been ruling this country for so long has accepted defeat,” he told reporters.

Mr Jammeh seized power in a bloodless coup 22 years ago and has ruled the country with an iron fist ever since.

Human rights groups have accused Mr Jammeh, who has in the past claimed he can cure Aids and infertility, of repression and abuses of the media, the opposition and gay people.

In 2014, he called homosexuals “vermin” and said the government would deal with them as it would malaria-carrying mosquitoes.

Several previous opposition leaders were imprisoned after taking part in a rare protest in April.

Mr Barrow has previously described him a “soulless dictator” and promised to undo some of Mr Jammeh’s more controversial moves, including reversing decisions to remove The Gambia from the Commonwealth and the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Celebrations erupted in the capital, Banjul, with Gambians shouting: “We are free. We won’t be slaves of anyone.”

During the campaign, the country’s mostly young population seemed to be yearning for change, said the BBC’s Umaru Fofana in the capital, Banjul.

On voting day the internet and international phone calls were banned across the country.

Observers from the European Union (EU) and the West African regional bloc Ecowas did not attend the vote.

Gambian officials opposed the presence of Western observers, but the EU said before the vote it was staying away out of concern about the fairness of the voting process.

The African Union did despatch a handful of observers to supervise the vote, however.

Julius Berger says Lagos-Ibadan, Sagamu Interchange ready in 2 weeks

The Health and Safety Manager of Julius Berger Construction Company Plc., Mr Philip Geddes, on Friday said that the Lagos-Ibadan and Sagamu Interchange would be opened in the next two weeks.

Geddes made the assertion when the Assistant-Inspector General of Police (AIG) in charge of Zone 2, Mr Kayde Aderanti, inspected the ongoing rehabilitation of the roads.

He said that the company was working tirelessly to ensure that the roads were ready for use by the public before the Yuletide.

“The bridge will be finished before Christmas so that people can travel without any hitch.

“We are constantly working to ensure this happens. We have tow vehicles and we have security agents on ground to ensure all these are possible,’’ he said.

The AIG told the workers that he was there on the instruction of the Inspector-General (I-G) of Police to see how the road network was getting ready for use during the Yuletide.

He added at he was there to carry out a comprehensive assessment of all the security challenges on the axis.

“You will recall that in the past few weeks that gridlock has resulted to traffic accidents and insecurity.

“The I-G is of the view that we are entering the Yuletide and that people will be travelling on this road, millions of people and thousands of vehicles.

“And it is our duty to ensure that people going out of Ogun and Lagos should have a smooth and easy ride.

“Smooth ride that is devoid of any form of criminality to the people and their property from gridlock that can be prevented.

“In doing this, we are coming together, all security agencies, a kind of integrated comprehensive approach, the road safety and the Federal Ministry of Works.

“We want to adopt cooperation and togetherness to solve this problem. We in the police will provide adequate security and we will ensure that we deploy our men in a way that anybody driving through this way will feel safe,’’ Aderanti said.

Mr Olukayode Olapade, Operational Officer, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), said that “if we look at our operations for the past two months, we are close on the long bridge at about 10 to 11 p.m. every day.

“With this new arrangement with the Nigerian Police, we assure Nigerians of our continuous stay on the road and as much as there is any gridlock, we will make sure we do our possible best to ease it.

“With the situation on ground now, if you look, we have alternative roads on the long bridge and after our discussion with Julius Berger, they have cleared it,’’ he said.

UK Embassy in Nigeria unveils new visa application process.

The UK Embassy in Nigeria has adopted a new visa application process, the British High Commission said on Friday in a statement.

The spokesperson of the commission, Joe Abuku, described the new process as a slight change in which “Visa staff now only need electronic versions of support documents.”

The new process, which takes effect from December 5 for customers applying for a UK visa in Lagos, Victoria Island and Ikeja, would bring applicants benefits from digital improvements to the UK visa application process.

“TLSContact (responsible for UK Visa Application Centres in Nigeria) will scan your supporting documents whilst you’re at the visa application centre, and then return your original documents to you,” the statement said.

“They will then send these (electronic) documents to UKVI, with your passport and application form, and visa officers will consider your application in the usual way.

In order to avoid delays in the visa application centre, the Commission requested applicants to ensure they complied with requirement to provide all documents in A4 size, while any other documents smaller or larger than A4 should be photocopied onto A4 sized paper.

While advising all customers to remove any clips or pins from documents before submitting their application, the Commission warned that any torn, crumpled or heavily creased documents, which is difficult to photocopy, should be photocopied onto A4 sized paper before submitted, as they can’t be scanned in this condition.

No country will lend you $30 billion – Sanusi tells Buhari

The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has strongly kicked against the plans by President Muhammadu Buhari to seek‎ Senate’s approval of his $30 billion loan request.
The former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor said even if the Senate gave its ascent to the loan, no country or global financial institution would be willing to grant such huge amount.

Sanusi, during a policy dialogue forum organised by the Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy and Development (SCDDD), in Abuja disclosed that for a nation that has five exchange rates, it would be difficult for such request to scale through.

Sanusi emphasised that oil cannot help the nation out of the current economic situation and that it would “never make Nigeria ‎rich.”

His words: ‎”I can tell you for free, if the Senate today approves that we can borrow $30 billion, honestly, no one will lend us. It should be approved and I will like to see how you will go to the international market with an economy that has five exchange rates.
“There is one rate for petroleum marketers, there is inter-bank rate, there is another for money market operators such as western union, money gram, there is bureau de change rate and there is a special rate you get when you call the CBN for a transaction.

“So, who will borrow you when they don’t know your exact reserve and exchange rate. I want to see who will borrow you money when the Niger Delta bombing of oil is there ‎when the main source of the loan repayment is oil.”

He noted that the country’s population continued to grow to over 40 million people since 2015, yet government found it hard to increase capital expenditure.

“We trust China too much. We need to be very careful. They are killing our textile and other industries and yet selling to us,” he added.

He said the country in the past 15 years had been borrowing money to pay salaries, fuel subsidy and there are possibilities for the nation to keep borrowing in the next 15 years, as those borrowed were not channeled into health, power or infrastructural development.

“The Senate should support tax incentives and other benefits to encourage private sectors,” he added.
In his remark, former Anambra State Governor‎, Peter Obi called for drastic reduction in cost of governance.

"Washerman".He is hard at work cleaning your mess-by Gani Rotimi [Cont to read ].

He is hard at work cleaning your mess. He is not perfect and the process is what it is. To get out the dirt the cloth must be soaked in water, soap applied on it, it must be scrubbed, squeezed and then rinsed. At this stage if the cloth were human and could feel pain for sure there could be some wailing and complaining. Even when it is left in the sun to dry it takes a while and relies on other factors like mother nature holding back her rain.

Because it is rumpled he will apply heat on it to iron out the roughness then you have your brand new Nigeria. This is the process of fixing things and those who start blaming as soon as the dirty flag is dipped in water either live in denial that the flag was ever dirty or do not understand the process or are simply not being fair to the "Washerman".

Keep the faith because PMB is washing Nigeria clean.

MMM owner Ernest Chigozie Mbanefo ,unmasked

A Nigerian, who styled himself as Pastor Ernest Chigozie Mbanefo is the mastermind of the suspected Ponzi scheme known as MMM Nigeria.
According to an online report, Mbanefo is based in South Africa.
Nigerian Communications Week said Mbanefo registered the site MMM-Nigeria.net domain on June 7, 2016 about at about 5 pm Nigerian time.

NAN quoting NCW And Pageone report written as far back as September said Mbanefo made a single year domain payment. The domain will expire on June 7, 2017.

It was also revealed that MMM Nigeria is not part of MMM Global – a Russian company that was responsible for one of the world's largest Ponzi schemes in the 1990s.
MMM Global was founded by Russian politician Sergei Mavrodi, his brother Vyacheslav Mavrodi and Olga Melnikova.
The name of the company was taken from the first letters of the three founders' surnames (MMM)

But like MMM Global, the Nigerian scheme is also a pyramid marketing scheme where an investor gets a 30 per cent return on investment.
Around the world, MMM is feared.

In January 2016 the Chinese government banned MMM on the grounds that it is a pyramid scheme, (Ponzi scheme), and it is not registered in the country (and as a fraudulent scheme cannot be registered.

MMM recently crashed in Zimbabwe: Thousands of 'Mavrodians' in Zimbabwe were left in tears when the scheme crashed, losing tens of thousands of their lifetime savings.

PageOne gave Mbanefo's address as 1 ROYAL STREET, LINDBERG PARK, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA.

According to Page One, on the 15th of July, Ernest was awarded a certificate of completion of an online course titled 'MMM Guiders School'. The certificate was supposedly signed by Sergei Mavrodi himself. He has since given himself the nickname the 'Super Guider of MMM'.

To share news and information about MMM, Ernest also operates a subdomain 'news.mmm-nigeria.net. The site praises him and projects him as the leader of the Ponzi Scheme in Nigeria.

"He is described as: MMM Nigeria Super Guider; Pastor Ernest Mbanefo, has been selflessly helping thousands of MMM Nigeria Participants whether or not they fall under his downline structure.

The brain behind the MMM NIGERIA REVOLUTION operation has been working selflessly and tirelessly towards the education, information and proper guidance for the MMM Nigeria Community'.

Be Inspired :Former Street Beggar becomes Lawyer

A former street beggar, Mr. Abdulsalam Idowu, heaved a sigh of fulfilment of a life ambition as he was called to the bar to start practising as a lawyer in Nigeria on Wednesday.
Idowu, who defied all odds, to bag his law degree from the University of Lagos in 2015, had proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he emerged successful in the August/September 2016 final bar examinations conducted at the end of the one-year programme.

The new wig, who engaged in street begging to fund his primary and secondary education,  was among the 4,225 graduates of the Nigerian Law School called to the bar in Abuja on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Having lost his mother at about age three, crippled by a disease that befell him thereafter and left with a father and relatives who had no interest in his future, Idowu started begging at age eight in Erin Ile, Kwara State, to see himself through his primary and secondary school education.

Against all odds, the 37-year-old had earlier in 2011 obtained a degree in Political Science from the same University of Lagos.

Not satisfied without a Law degree, he struggled to secure admission to study Law while in the final year of the first degree programme.

Idowu spoke with our correspondent on Wednesday at the International Conference Centre in Abuja, venue of the two-day call-to-bar ceremony.

He said, “I was not satisfied when they gave me admission to study Political Science because I have always wanted to be a lawyer.

“So, I struggled to get admission to study Law. I got the admission when I was in my final year, writing my final project for the Political Science degree.”

He narrated how he began to beg for alms to enable him to get education, a sojourn which he said landed him in Lagos, where he was able to raise money to complete secondary school and later got admission to the University of Lagos.

He said, “It was sometimes in 1987, I was about eight years old in the public kindergarten school. All my mates were promoted to primary one but I was not promoted.

“I asked why because I attended classes and sat for exams. I was then told that I was not a registered pupil but they only allowed me to attend classes and take exams.

“That day I felt very sad and on getting home I called everybody, including my father and aged paternal grandmother, whom I was staying with, because I was very angry.

“I told them that I wanted to be registered in school but they said there was no money and that there was no way I could cope in school because of my condition. But I insisted that they must register me and that they should not bother about paying my fees.

“They registered me and as soon as they did, I took to the street begging for alms to meet some financial demands that came up.

“When I gained admission in 1993, I could not afford N520 school fees but I had been hearing the story of Lagos State that one could make money in Lagos State. So, one day I was begging in Offa, Kwara State, then I said why shouldn’t I join a train to Lagos and perhaps I could make money to pay for the fees, buy a uniform and get my locker. So, I joined the train to Ido terminus in Lagos. I started begging. I stayed with some people under the bridge and I was begging in some areas including Idumota.”

He said he was travelling to and fro Lagos to raise money which he used to settle his fees till he got to the final class when he was supposed to write his O’Level West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations which he could not raise money for.
He later relocated to Lagos fully where he was able to raise enough money through his begging business to sit for the WASSCE as a beggar and passed after two attempts.

He subsequently gained admission to UNILAG with the intention of continuing his alms begging business to raise money to continue his education.

He had just N39,000 as savings from  his begging business when he got admission.
But he exhausted the money after completing his first semester registration.

He was however lucky that  some compassionate Nigerians and organisations decided to sponsor him after reading his story in The PUNCH.

Speaking with PUNCH on Wednesday, he attributed the inspiration which drove him to bagging two degrees as “God’s miracle”.

“I thank God because if not for Him and those He used to come to my aid, I can be nowhere now,” he added.

He said his immediate plan was to get a job in a law firm.
“I wish to set up my law firm later and in the nearest future I want to become a judge,” Idowu said.

SS3 Student builds motorcycle

Mr Mukhtar Jawad, an SS3 student of Community Staff Schools Asokoro, Abuja, has built a motor-bike prototype ready for commercialisation. Jawad, who is an art student, told newsmen on Thursday that he invented the motorcycle to ease mode of transportation in Nigeria and Africa at large.

According to him, he has been riding the prototype as a mode of transportation from his house to the school for more than three months without any problems.

He pleaded with the Federal Government and relevant stakeholders to promote his made-in-Nigeria motorcycle for mass production for better means of transportation in the country. “I like things that involve mechanical, assemble and dissemble. This made me perceived I can do something different to better the means for transportation. “My motor-bike has features that are partly bicycle and partly motorcycle, “ he said. The principal of the school, Mr Sa’idu Ahmed said that it was a thing of joy for such one of the art students to use his talent for such a discovery.

“I have gone to his house to encourage him and he later told me that he had finished the project. “This is genuine knowledge from him; it should be cheaper and easier to manage compared with bicycle or motorcycle, “ he said. According to the principal, previous achievements of the school include representing Nigeria for Africa Regional Competition/Exhibition at Ghana in 2011, first position in the Christmas Carol Music competition organised by Darr Sat Communications for schools in FCT in 2011.

Ahmed said that the school was well known for its academic performance aside of extracurricular activities. “Some of the school’s achievements in this area are first position in Spelling Bee competition for Junior Secondary Schools by Decipher Solutions, first position Dicken Samomi Foundation Esay Competition fourth edition. “Juniour Achievement Nigeria Winner Company of the year 2016, first position in Quiz Competition organised by the Federal Ministry of Health for World TB Day.

“First position in Drawing competition 2016 organised by National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to mark International Day for Disaster Reduction among others,“ he said. The Executive Secretary of the School, Mr Abdukadir Jamo described the students of the school as unique regarding the gift of God giving they exhibited both in academic and extra-curricular activities.

Jamo said that all the schools’ candidates for West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) in 2016 passed excellently with results that would qualify them for any tertiary institutions of their choices. He described Jawad feat as a pace setter for many other students in the school.

I Will Never Leave PDP For APC- Fayose

The Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has said he remains a committed member of the Peoples Democratic Party and has no immediate plans to dump the party.

He had on Wednesday, during a meeting with the members of the Suppliers’ Association of Nigeria, Ikere Ekiti chapter, said that he might seek another political platform to prosecute his succession battle in the 2018 governorship poll.

But Fayose on Thursday clarified his declaration and vowed that he would never dump the PDP for the All Progressives Congress under any guise.

Fayose said, “What I said is that if the current man-made crisis rocking the PDP persists till 2018, rather than allow it to mess us up like it did in Ondo, we may have to seek an alternative and credible platform. We are not people who betray the confidence of our people. If there will be a change at all, it will not be a spur-of-the-moment change. We shall carry our leaders and the people along.”

He spoke at the palace of Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba Rufus Adejugbe, while being conferred with the honour of ‘Outstanding Achiever of Our Time’ by the Ado Progressive Union.

The governor added, “I will never dump the PDP for the APC. I remain strong and unshaken for the PDP. I can’t jump the boat, even if I want to jump, I won’t jump into the red sea.

“Why should I leave the PDP and join a party of hunger like the APC? Ekiti is different from Ondo. By the grace of God, there will be a repeat of history here in 2018; I shall repeat the 16-0  that I gave them in 2014.

“I operate like the biblical Elisha because those with us are greater than those with them. The God of Israel that conquered the Philistines shall be on our side.”

Governor Ben Ayade pays December salary

It’s early Christmas for civil servants in Cross River State as Governor Ben Ayade paid December salary yesterday.

Governor Ayade at a retreat for political appointees at the Obudu Ranch Resort gave a hint that the December salary would be paid on the first day of the month. Yesterday, he fulfilled that promise as workers got “alerts” of salary payment from their banks.

In May, salaries were paid on the first day to mark Workers’ Day. And last month, salaries were paid on November 15.

Some workers expressed delight at the early payment of salary ahead of the yuletide, especially as the state got zero allocation from the Federation Account this month.

Ayade said on early payment of salary: “Any governor can pay salary on the 25th of every month. For me, that is not what I like because it is not challenging. It is nothing extraordinary.”

He urged workers to be prudent on how they spend their salary.

He however promised “to be there should you run into any financial difficulty before end of January.”

'Security agencies plan to assassinate me' - Governor Wike cries out

It was meant to be a little ceremony to mark the beginning of the rehabilitation of a hospital. But for Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, it was an opportunity to drop a bombshell.

Security agencies are planning to assassinate him, he told a shocked crowd that gathered at the General Hospital , Terabor and General Hospital, Bodo in Gokana Local Government Area.

Wike also accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of publishing a list of adhoc staff filled with members of the All Progressives Congress (APC). December 1o has been fixed for some election in the state.

Wike said: “For me, they are threatening that I will be the first governor they will assassinate. They are threatening that they will show me that they are security agencies. But, I will always protect the interest of Rivers State , no matter the threat.

“Nobody should intimidate you with security agents. Beginning today, resist any arrest. You must move around in groups to promote resistance of the robbers of mandate.”

Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Nnamdi Omoni, said the police were not aware of any plot to kill the governor.

He said it was unfortunate that INEC and security agencies were disregarding the directive of President Muhammadu Buhari that they should be impartial and deliver free and fair elections.

The governor said: “INEC has released a fake list of adhoc staff for the rerun elections before the conclusion of their mandatory training . Majority of those on the list are known APC ward chairmen and ward secretaries who are mainly unemployed , but listed by INEC as staff of the University of Port Harcourt .

“They think that my love for peace is a sign of weakness, but I want to declare that enough is enough. We are supposed to be under an era of change , but the love for fraud by INEC and police is unprecedented.”

The governor added: “Anyone whose son or daughter is on that fraudulent INEC list should tell him/her to stay away on election day.

“All these desperate actions are geared towards the plot to rig in favour of a particular candidate , but that candidate will not win. The people of Rivers South-East Senatorial District must be allowed to vote persons of their choice.”

On the rehabilitation of the Hospital , Terabor and General Hospital , Bodo, Wike said it will be completed and equipped in a record time.

He added that the Kpopie-Bodo road is nearing completion and the dualization of Sakpenwa-Bori road is progressing according to schedule .

Wike urged Ogoni people to vote for the PDP, pointing out that for eight years , APC failed to execute well meaning projects in Ogoni land.

Responding yesterday, APC State Publicity Secretary Chris Finebone said his party could not comprehend what the governor is talking about.

Finebone said: “Definitely, APC candidates are busy campaigning for the rerun election while governor Wike is busy with his circus show. We wish him luck.

“Rivers people are tired of Wike’s allegations. Soon we will not join issue with him because he is no longer making sense.”
