President Buhari meets with some APC governors at his hometown in Daura.PHOTOS

Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have commended the appointment of former Governor Bola Tinubu, to lead the reconciliation process of aggrieved members of the party.

Chairman of the APC Governors’ Forum, Rochas Okorocha (Imo State), revealed the position of the forum to reporters on Friday in Daura, the hometown of President Muhammadu Buhari in Katsina State.

He said, “One of the greatest things that he (Buhari) has done, that we commend him for, is the appointment of Asiwaju (Tinubu) as the chief reconciliator for the party.

“We saw that as a welcome development that would help to strengthen our party and make us stronger and better.”

President Buhari had on Tuesday last week appointed Mr Tinubu to resolve disagreements among APC members, party leadership and political office holders in the country.

Okorocha, who led some APC governors on a condolence visit to the President, also congratulated the Nigerian leader on the recovery of his son, Yusuf, after a bike accident in 2017.

Meanwhile, President Buhari held a closed-door meeting with the governor today, coming just one year to the February 16, 2019, date announced by INEC for the presidential election.

The Imo State Governor, however, insisted that: “What we have come for now is to commiserate with him over the loss of his two relatives.”

“I was able to bring in all the governors of APC to come together and we have decided to come to see him in a more relaxed atmosphere, to pay our condolences and congratulate him on what happened with Yusuf,” he added.

Also addressing reporters, Governor Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa State also said they have come specifically to condole and commiserate with the President over the demise of “people that are very close to him”.

He added that the visit was for them express their sympathy and condolences to President Buhari, after which they had some intimate discussions to further bound their relationship and affinity.

“I believe this is a continuation of our close association, support, loyalty and commitment to Mr President’s cause and Nigeria’s cause,” the governor said.

On Tinubu’s appointment, Al-Makura described the decision as a “very wonderful initiative” by the President.

He said: “There couldn’t have been a better person to be put in charge of this very delicate and sensitive national issue that affects our party.

“I believe with his (Tinubu) pedigree and track records, and his sophistication to politics in Nigeria, he will be able to take us through.”

Nigerians Must Stop Inflammatory Statements On Herdsmen/ Farmers Clashes’ – Police IG, Ibrahim Idris

The Inspector General of Police, Mr Ibrahim Idris, has advised Nigerians to avoid making inflammatory statements and playing politics with the herdsmen and farmers clashes to achieve genuine reconciliation.

Speaking during the launch of his book in Lagos on Thursday, Idris said that the security challenges needed to be properly managed so as not to drag the country into unending crisis.

“This is the only way the country can secure genuine reconciliation among herders and farmers so that they can once again live in peace, harmony, love and avoid unnecessary loss of lives.” he said.

The police IG said that even though President Muhammadu Buhari mandated the security agencies to arrest and prosecute offenders in the clashes, the nation needed serious conversation on the issue.

“I have realized that the issue is beyond apprehension and prosecution of offenders: There has to be speedy dispensation of justice and the protection of the rights and interests of the suspects and victims of crime,” Idris said.

According to the police IG, this is the only way people will have a sense of justice, peace and reconciliation.

“It is my conviction that when there is security, justice, peace and reconciliation in any nation, civil strife can be avoided.

“Inter-communal harmony and reconciliation is easier when the people are convinced that the police and other security architecture can guarantee them their individual rights, security and justice,” he said.

Idris said that the public image of the police was not impressive and called on policemen to respect the rights of the people while performing their lawful duties.

“While performing their constitutional duties of protection of lives and property, the police must do so within the confines of the law,” the IG said.

He said that he dedicated the book titled “Security and Justice: The Pathway for Peace and Reconciliation in Nigeria” to officers and men of the force for their selfless service.

Idris said that proceeds from the book would be used to fund “the Security and Justice Initiative,” a foundation being put in place for the promotion of security, peace and reconciliation in Nigeria.

The IG said that traditional rulers should be accorded rightful place in the security architecture, peace justice and genuine reconciliation of the people.

How gunmen stormed Zamfara Village and Killed 36 (Graphics Photos)

Thirty six people killed by gunmen in Birane Village in Zurmi Local Council of Zamfara State on Wednesday have been buried, amidst outrage in the social media that the tragedy was being downplayed and that there has been no official reaction. However, the Police Command in Zamfara admitted that 18 persons died in the attack, which appears to be a reprisal against the villagers for intercepting a suspected cattle rustler.

The Public Relations Officer of the command, DSP Muhammad Shehu,  said on Feb. 13, hunters from Birani village of Zurmi local government area intercepted and accosted a herder in the bush with some suspected stolen cattle and sheep.“The herder abandoned the animals and escaped into the bush, but unknown to the hunters, the cattle rustler went to Isah Local Government Area of Sokoto State and mobilised bandits to attack the hunters.“On Feb. 14, the bandits ambushed the hunters in the bush and there was a clash that led to fatalities on both sides.

"Police/Military and other sister agencies reacted by combing the bush and it’s environs to salvage the situation and discovered 18 dead bodies.“It is believed that the bandits took away their own members that were killed. Meanwhile, bush combing is in progress so as to further profile the area.“Mobile policemen/Special forces and other security personnel from other sister security agencies have already been deployed to the area to restore peace and stability,” he said.

The spokesman also said that the command’s Intelligence Unit had already embarked on investigation to arrest the perpetrators of the attack. There were comments on social media about the latest tragedy to befall the state, North west of Nigeria.

NEMA under probe for allegedly looting N19.4bn relief materials’ fund

The House of Representatives, Thursday mandated its Committee on Emergency and Disaster Preparedness to probe the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, over looted N19.4 billion relief materials funds for victims of disasters.
The directive followed a motion promoted by Benjamin Wayo, under matter of urgent public importance on the floor of the House.

The funds, according to the lawmakers, were for hunger intervention in the North East and food intervention across the country.

The lawmakers noted that the funds were illegally siphoned by officials of the agency through dubious award of contracts without delivering relief items to the victims.

Explaining the breakdown of the funds, while leading the debate on the motion, Wayo said the agency has received more than N10 billion from the 20 percent National Ecological Fund in the last one year.

Other funds on the radar of the lawmakers are the N5 billion for hunger intervention in the North East, about N2 billion for food intervention across the country and the N2.4 billion the Director General of the agency, Mustapha Maihaja, allegedly awarded to the companies he has interest in.

The lawmaker explained that the mandate of NEMA was to coordinate the management of disasters across the country and to assist victims of such disasters, but added that in spite of the core mandate, several cases of disasters across the country had not been given necessary attention.

“The hunger issue in IDP camps in the Northeast; the farmers/herdsmen conflicts; fire disasters victims and many other such cases across the country have been neglected.

“The agency has received more than N10 billion from the 20 per cent National Ecological Fund in the last one year, N5 billion for hunger intervention in the Northeast, about N2 billion for food intervention across the country,” the lawmaker said.

“These funds were illegally siphoned by officials of the agency through dubious award of contracts without delivering relief items to the victims. The Director General of the agency also awards contracts to companies he has personal interests in, and has violated his approval limits by awarding contracts to a single firm without due process.

“Example, one company called Olam Nigeria Limited got a contract of N2.4 billion, which is against the agency’s approval limit as stated in Section 16 subsection 1 of the NEMA Act. It should be made clear that the section pegs the approval limit at just N30 million,” the lawmaker said.

Woman becomes grandmother with dead son’s semen

An Indian woman Rajashree Patil who had lost her only child, a son, 18-months ago, became a grandmother with the help of her son’s semen that was preserved in Germany for the past eight years, reports said on Thursday.

According to media reports, the semen of the woman’s son was fused with the eggs of a donor to form embryos and then transferred into the womb of a surrogate mother.

The surrogate mother later gave birth to a set of twins a boy and a girl, in India’s southwestern city of Pune, thus bringing back happiness to the grandmother.

Patil’s son had gone to Germany in 2010 to pursue higher studies when he was diagnosed with brain tumor.

Before chemotherapy and radiation procedures began, his semen was preserved to avoid any negative effects on his body post-treatment but he later died in September 2016.

After his death, the mother, having a desire to get back her son, contacted the semen bank in Germany where the semen of her son, Prathamesh was cryo-preserved.

After completing the formalities, the semen was brought to India.

The mother then approached a hospital for an IVF (in-vitro fertilisation) procedure with the help of his son’s semen. (Xinhua /NAN)

I’ll be foolish to say there’s no corruption in this govt - Amaechi

Rotimi Amaechi, minister of transportation, says he will be “nearly foolish” to say there is no corruption in the current administration.
Speaking with select media houses, Amaechi said the corruption that might be found in the present government cannot be compared with what obtained in previous administrations.

He said under President Muhammadu Buhari, there are consequences for corrupt acts.

Asked if there is no form of corruption under Buhari, he said: “I will nearly be a foolish man to say that but compare the magnitude if there is any. Before it was with impunity, now there are consequences for stealing.”

The minister said if previous administrations used the country’s resources on infrastructure, a lot of progress would have been made developing the country.

“What happened when we had this money? What did we do with that money? We say ‘Oh stop criticising them do your own’. The truth is that the president is eliminating corruption because it is that resource we can use to do Lagos-Ibadan rail.

“Do you know why they didn’t finish Abuja-Kaduna rail then? Counterpart funding. They could not pay. When we came, we paid N23 billion. The counterpart funding for Lagos-Ibadan is N72 billion, we have paid.

“Let me tell you, if we don’t win, corruption will come back automatically. Nobody will beg it.

“They way it will come back because the people are out, they have been out for four years and they have never been out of government before, PDP never left government so now they are hungry, not hungry for power, in fact, if you tell them that I want to keep power and I will give you money, they will.”

JAMB: More drama as Yobe, Kogi officials blame Boko Haram, poverty for missing N8m

The last has not been heard of missing funds in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB.
Days after a staff in Makurdi office claimed that a snake sneaked into the accounts office and swallowed N36 million cash, some other officers have given reasons why they cannot produce funds in their care.

On Thursday, the Yobe State Coordinator of JAMB, Sanusi Atose, blamed the ongoing Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria’s North-East for his inability to account for N613,000 belonging to the board.
JAMB had summoned Atose to Abuja to appear before an administrative panel led by Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede to explain the disappearance of the cash after he received registration scratch cards of that amount.

But in his explanation, the official, claimed an alleged Boko Haram attack in Yobe State left him unable to account for the money.

Premium Times quoted him as claiming that tellers, receipts and invoices were destroyed in the attack, which he said left him with no documentation for the transaction.

Oloyede, however, dismissed his claim as another disingenuous cover-up for fraud.

“Kindly go and pay government money within one week, else you will be in trouble,” the registrar told Mr. Atose.

Also appearing before the panel, Daniel Agbor, who is the Kogi State coordinator of JAMB, said he spent N7 million, which his office could not account for, on assisting other workers in his office, who he said were ravaged by poverty.

He also claimed that some of the cards sent to the state were stolen by unknown persons.

“The state of the state offices is such that we are in poverty and money is there with us,” the coordinator told the panel.

“You need the grace of God in the state offices not to steal money because money is tempting. We borrowed the money and I am not the only one, I will provide the list of everyone involved in the fraud.

“To err is human, to forgive is divine, please don’t take me to the police, please be lenient with me, sir,” he pleaded.

“If you hear that I have given up in the police cell, will you say ‘I am sorry’? My wife just gave birth to our first issue.

“Most of us are on loan, my salary is N175, 000, but when they deduct my loans, my salary remains N90,000, which is not enough for me so I borrowed from the government purse”.

Agbor told the panel that he paid N265,000 into an account allegedly on the instruction of the former registrar of the board.

“I was informed of missing scratch cards, but security personnel, the police and civil defence, invaded the office, retrieved the cards and they paid some money back.

“I informed the former registrar and he directed me to send the money to an account, which I did. I later learnt the money was transferred to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence. So that one was not calculated at all,” he said.

But the panel told him that he was in trouble.

“I will give you one week from today as we speak,” Oloyede told the coordinator.

“I want to see you pay everything in your custody, else I will hand you over to the police.

“Deduct the N265, 000 from the N7 million, then give us the account in which the former registrar gave you to send the money to.”

FG gets $486m World Bank credit for power sector

World Bank has approved a 486 million dollars credit facility to Nigeria for electricity grid improvement, the lender said on Friday.

“The investments under the Nigeria Electricity Transmission Project will increase the power transfer capacity of the transmission network and enable distribution companies to supply consumers with additional power,” the World Bank said.

Nigeria’s  power sector is often criticised by economists for holding back the country’s economic growth.

Businesses and households are subject to frequent blackouts, and many depend on their own generators that are expensive to run.

2019 election: SGF says Buhari will re-contest, gives reasons

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, on Thursday declared that President Muhammadu Buhari will seek re-election in 2019.

The SGF spoke at the Unity Fountain in Abuja, while addressing a rally organized by the Democratic Youth Congress, led by its National Chairman, Kassim Mohammed.

Mustapha said, “We do not have an alternative to President Muhammadu Buhari for now. I will present your entire message to him. I congratulate you for your support for President Muhammadu Buhari to run in 2019.”

The SGF, who was represented by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political Matters, Gideon Sammani, said Buhari was widely known for his stance against corruption and indiscipline, noting that many people feared him because of his uncompromising position on graft.

Mustapha argued that it was the corrupt individuals that were against the President because they were apprehensive they may be brought to book.

He added, “We all know that Buhari is transparent, honest. He has come with the change philosophy. He has lived for this, to bring change to this nation. Since his military days, he stood to fight corruption, indiscipline.

“Many people fear him because he does not compromise corruption and corrupt people are afraid that they will be brought to book. And those who have already looted the treasury of this nation are followed by the security agencies. By the grace of God Buhari will not relent in this fight.”

“He will continue; The politics of this nation is no more the politics of money or do-or-die politics. Anybody who wants to lead this nation must make sacrifices. Buhari has already transformed and changed the image of leadership and that of our leaders this country, both locally and internationally”.

I won’t demolish Zuma’s statue… he resigned honourably - Rochas Okorocha

Rochas Okorocha, governor of Imo state, says he is not going to pull down the statue of Jacob Zuma, former South African president, which was erected last year.
Okorocha said this on Friday in reaction to recent calls for the statue to be pulled down.

In October 2017, the Imo government erected a statue of the former South African president in Owerri, the state capital, a move that had irked many Nigerians.

Following his resignation amid allegations of fraud, some Nigerians asked the govenror  to destroy the statue.

But in a statement by Sam Onwuemeodo, his chief press secretary, Okorocha insisted erection of the statue is justified.

He said the statue was erected when Zuma was in power and not after he left office and that the former leader also resigned “honourably.”

“On the Jacob Zuma’s statue in Owerri and the resignation of the man few days ago as president of South Africa, the statue will not be pulled down,” the statement read.

“The statue was erected when the man was a sitting president. We should also be keen in his life story.

“For instance, a man who didn’t receive any formal education but rose to play a major role in the freedom of his people and also became president of one of the leading African nations calls for sober reflection. He also resigned honourably.”

He added that following Zuma’s condemnation of the killing of Nigerians in South Africa, “the situation came under control to a large extent”.

The governor said the former South African leader did not come to the state “for politics”, rather, he came “to partner Rochas Foundation College for Africa.”

“And even after his departure as president, he would still go ahead to make his contributions to the education of the less privileged children in Africa,” he said.

“And whatever Okorocha has done in Imo, he has done so for the good of the people.

“Imo people have seen our monumental achievements and have also read criticisms against us. But seeing they say, is believing and not reading.

Why I will keep crying – Ortom

Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, has vowed to keep crying out over the invasion and ongoing killings in the state by herdsmen until the people of the state got justice.
He spoke on Thursday when a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, South South Zone, led by Archbishop God-Dowell Oyibo Avwomakpa, visited him at the Peoples House in Makurdi.

He said if those saddled with the responsibility of protecting life and property had acted promptly on reports which he made about threats to invade the state, the invasion and subsequent massacre could have been averted.

Governor Ortom reiterated his call for the resignation or sack of the Inspector General of Police, Mr Ibrahim Idris, for his unprofessional conduct of taking sides with the invaders and lack of capacity to stop the killings.

According to the Governor, the sacking of communities and killings had continued after the burial of the 73 victims, adding that several security operatives had been killed and their rifles taken by the Fulani herdsmen.

He said, “herdsmen attacks had become an enormous national problem which patriots across the country must rise up to tackle decisively.”

The Governor commended the people of the South-South for rallying in support for the state in its time of need more than any part of the country and prayed that God would reward them.

Earlier, Archbishop Avwomakpa called on President Muhammadu Buhari to defend the people of the state as Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of the country.

He said the delegation visited to acquire first hand information before they could know whether to cry to fellow Christians in other parts of the world to come to the aid of fellow Christians in Benue State.

Osinbajo reveals why govt failed to deliver on its promises

The Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, has blamed the absence of strong institutional systems and the preference of the status quo by the political class for the inability of government to deliver on its promises to the people.
He stated this in his remarks at a public lecture, which was organised by The Kukah Centre in Abuja on Thursday with the theme “How to make Democracy Work for Africa’’

Osinbajo said that people expect those charged with governance to deliver on their promises which included delivering social goods, ensuring that the growing youth population got jobs, ensure rule of law and security.

He, however, stated that “it was clear that socio-political inequality, weak justice system, absence of rule of law, lack of state capacity to maintain law and order put nations constantly under threats.”

He noted that Nigeria had anti-graft agencies yet could not boast of the number of people it convicted due to the system’s manipulation by the suspects who are mainly elites and their counsel.

Osinbajo said people could be put on trial but the trials could go on forever because the system enabled people to employ diverse legal tactics to delay conviction.

Accordingly he said “the elite preferred the status quo which set the lowest bar for political advancement, being ‘identity politics’ of where one comes from or which religion one belongs.

He said that many elites follow the path of such division to analyse real development issues thus diminishing the real issues concerning the people such as good governance, job creation, poverty alleviation, peace and security.

He said real development issues hardly formed themes in public debates towards elections.

“The perception of people on the efficiency and fairness of the justice system is affected always by the slow pace of trials and manipulation of the systems by those who can afford superior legal representation.

“Many of the ethnic and other parochial tension that tended to create insecurity and outright conflict, time and time again, are largely on account of failure to deliberately undertake nation-building efforts.

Controversy as Buhari commissions Air Force drone ‘earlier launched’ by Jonathan

President Muhammadu Buhari’s launch of surveillance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV, produced locally by the Nigerian Air Force Institute of Technology is already generating controversy over the claim that it is the first indigenous UAV, whereas former president, Goodluck Jonathan was said to have launched the same invention in December, 2013.

Buhari, had while inducting the unmanned aerial vehicle christened TSAIGUMI, in Kaduna, on Thursday, said, “It is a pleasure to be here with you all for the induction of the Nigerian Air Force Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, ‘TSAIGUMI’, Nigeria’s first indigenously developed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. The significance of this accomplishment as a milestone of national technological development cannot be over-estimated”.

Since the news broke, there have been speculations that TSAIGUMI is the same UAV which the then president Jonathan commissioned in 2013.

Goodluck Jonathan had on December 18, 2013 in Kaduna unveiled the first Nigerian made unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV, named GULMA which was built by the Nigerian Air Force in Kaduna.

In his speech at the unveiling ceremony, Jonathan said at the time that as Nigeria continues to witness breakthrough in technology at various sectors, it was imperative to appreciate the fact that Nigeria has potential to do great things, charging Nigerians to continue to explore all available areas that could take the country to greatness.

The PDP in its reaction described the commissioning as a shameful act as its National Publicity Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan wrote on Twitter, “It’s a shame that same project former President GEJ commissioned in Dec 17th 2013 is the same project (first unmanned drone ) that Buhari is recommissioning and the @APCNigeria apologists are celebrating this Shameful act.”

Clarifying the issue under contention regarding the drone, the spokesman of the Nigerian Air Force, NAF, AVM Olatokunbo Adesanya said on Friday that the UAV commissioned yesterday by Buhari is the first indigenous operational drone.

According to him, “The other one was not operational. It was a prototype. It was not prepared to conduct any operation. This one built on the earlier one and it is a much more improved version. This is a much more improved version of the other one. This one has mixed characteristics… with so many other things.”

Massacre: Buhari sends defence minister to Zamfara,

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday dispatched the Minister of Defence, Brig.-Gen. Mansur Dan-Ali (retd.), to Zamfara State for an on-the-spot assessment of the situation in Birane village, Zurmi Local Government Area of the state where some innocent persons were killed on Thursday.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists.

Shehu said the minister was expected to assess the situation and immediately report back to the President who he said condemned the massacre.
The presidential spokesman added that Buhari had directed the nation’s security agencies to deploy operatives in the affected area and ensure that the perpetrators are brought to book.
He restated the President’s commitment to ensuring that the spate of killings currently being experienced in parts of the country is brought to an end.
The statement read, “The President commiserates with families of victims of the heinous and inhuman attacks on defenceless citizens which left many injured.
“President Buhari directs the Minister of Defence, Brig.-Gen. Mansur Dan-Ali (retd.), to proceed immediately to the state to undertake an on-the-spot assessment of the situation and report back.

“In addition, he directs security agencies to immediately mobilise and deploy their members to the vulnerable areas of the state, and ensure that the perpetrators are brought to face the full wrath of the law.

“The President assures the Zamfara State government, victims of the mayhem and residents in the state, that the Federal Government will continue do all it takes to support security agencies to secure lives and property, not only in the affected state but all parts of the country.
“President Buhari restates his administration’s determination to put an end to the spate of senseless spilling of innocent blood in parts of the country, and calls for restraint to allow the nation’s security apparatus to stem the undesirable trend.
“The President prays that almighty God will receive the souls of the departed, and comfort their families.”

Protesters storm APC secretariat, ask Oyegun to step down

Some supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have asked John Oyegun, national chairman of the party, to resign.
During a protest to the party’s national secretariat in Abuja on Thursday, the APC supporters said they had lost confidence in Oyegun.
The protesters on the platform of “Buhari for Victory 2019 Initiative” held placards with inscriptions such as: ‘Oyegun is a threat to Buhari’s reelection’, ‘Oyegun Must Resign Now’, ‘Oyegun is dividing APC.’

They were led by Toyin Raheem, chairmanship aspirant of Orile Agege local council development area of Lagos.

Police officers guarding the secretariat prevented them from gaining access to the office.

The protest took place a day after Bola Tinubu, national leader of the ruling party, visited the party headquarters as part of his reconciliatory effort.
President Muhammadu Buhari had appointed Tinubu to reconcile aggrieved members of the party.

Court admits evidence in suit seeking to sack NBA President

An Abuja High Court sitting at Apo, on Friday, admitted series of documents into evidence, in a suit seeking to sack the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Mr. Abubakar Mahmoud, SAN, from office over an allegation that the election that produced him in 2016 was electronically rigged.

Among over 30 documents the court admitted into evidence in the matter, included two letters dated June 30 and July 11, 2016, wherein an erstwhile President of the legal body, Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, allegedly queried the legibility of the register used for the election.

Olanipekun had in the said letters which the court admitted as Exhibits P27 and P28, complained that his name was among those that were omitted from the voters’ register that was used for the NBA poll.

Justice O. A. Adeniyi admitted the exhibits which the plaintiff and runner-up at the election, Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama, SAN, tendered on a day he appeared to testify as the sixth principal witness, PW-6.

Other documents the court entered into evidence were series of letters the plaintiff exchanged with NBA and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, between July 15 and August 28, 2016, alleging irregularities in the election process that involved electronic voting.

As well as a copy of Guidelines/Timetable for the election, which the plaintiff insisted was grossly violated.

Meantime, Justice Adeniyi has adjourned the case till March 22 for the PW-6 to enter his Evidence-in-Chief before the court.

Specifically, the suit marked FCT/HC/CV/2364/2016, is among other things, seeking for: “A declaration that the defendants jointly and/or severally, are bound by the provisions of the Constitution of the Nigerian Bar Association amended and adopted in August 2015 and must in all matters relating to, connected with the business and or affairs of the Association obey and give effect to the provisions thereof.
