Hilarious: Man Writes Hilarious List Of Requests To Man ‘Doing’ His Wife & It’s Not A Joke

A man has written an open letter to the man his wife is cheating on him with. Entitled ‘To the man doing my wife’. the husband wanted to let the man know that he was not angry – but wanted to ask a few things of him after all he had been giving to his wife.

Instead of throwing around insults or threats, what he was asking of him was actually very light-hearted and admittedly hilarious.

Some of the requests including to stop leaving the toilet seat up as he keeps getting blamed for it, to stop drinking all of the beer in the fridge when he’s away on fishing trips (which he thoroughly enjoys and to at least buy some more or leave a bit of money if he does so).

The anonymous husband wrote: ‘Please replace the toilet paper when you use it all. For some reason my 5-year-old son believes if it’s not there he does not have to wipe. We keep it under the sink, unless you can recommend a better spot?

‘After doing my wife please use something disposable to wipe off with. The basket of clothes on the right is mine and the clothes are clean as my wife does not do my washing, I run out of time rushing to work. Last week my sweatshirt was crusty (thanks).’

He added: ‘Please do not tell my children that you are their uncle, they are young not mentally challenged.’

The man also asked that he stop turning the heating up, and to say no when his wife asks: ‘Do these pants make me look fat?’ – not to be nice but to prevent her buying more pants.

He also wrote: ‘Stop eating the baked goods. The brownies you ate were from my mom for my birthday. My wife has not cooked anything that good for years and if she does she will not share.’

He also added that if the man sleeping with his wife could take note of all of his requests, he would be rewarded with the details of when he would ‘next be gone and for how long so that he did not feel rushed next time he was in his house.

Dump Clintons – Trump tells voters

It’s time for US voters to say goodbye to Hillary and Bill Clinton, Donald Trump said Saturday in his first weekly radio address for the Republican Party, with which he has clashed since launching his bid president.

“It’s time to close the history books on the Clintons, and to open a bright new chapter focused on the great citizens of our country,” Trump said, with three days to go before Tuesday’s presidential election against Democrat Hillary Clinton.

“I’m asking for your vote and your help in electing a Republican majority in Congress, so that we can finally change this broken system and make America great again. And when I say great, I mean great for everyone,” Trump said.

Trump touched on the main themes of his campaign, such as a promise to create 25 million jobs, cut taxes for the middle class, get rid of President Barack Obama’s landmark health care plan, halt illegal immigration and bring US jobs back from overseas.

“For the past seventeen months I’ve travelled across this nation and met the amazing people of our country. Their hopes have become my hopes and their dreams have become my dreams,” Trump said.

He added: “This is not just a campaign, it’s a movement. It’s a once in a lifetime chance to take our government back from the donors and the special interests, and return the power to you, the American people.”

Trump made his remarks as he for the first time gave the Saturday morning radio speech that Republicans give in opposition to one that Obama gives.

Trump has tense relations with leaders of the Republican Party, many of whom have withdrawn their endorsement of him after a recording surfaced in which he boasted in explicit terms that as a celebrity he can get away with grabbing women by their genitals.

Those who criticize the fees in Covenant University risk God's wrath - Oyedepo

Dr David Oyedepo, the Bishop of the Living Faith Church worldwide, has appealed to those criticising the school fees charged by Covenant University to desist to avoid incurring the wrath of God.

Oyedepo, in a telecast to a pre-Shiloh 2016 Convention gathering of the church monitored via satellite in Jos on Saturday, said the critics were acting in ignorance and risked incurring the wrath of God.

He said one of such critic smitten with a strange plague of chronic mouth odour over the act only received spiritual pardon following his confession and “my intervention before he was restored to dignity”.

Oyedepo said the issue of school fees paid by students of the university was a godly agenda to meet the demands of raising godly children in an environment conducive for learning.

He said such criticisms were products of ignorance as what students pay could not be compared with what obtained elsewhere that lacked facilities.

“The school fees has Gods approval and is in accordance with the quality of facilities provided by the university in meeting the educational needs of the nation,” he said. He said the church in its pioneering role in pushing the frontiers of education with excellence had concluded plans to establish offshore universities.

The cleric said a fully automated Bible press by the church had been completed and would be launched soon. Oyedepo, however, quoting from some verses of the Bible, which include Matthew 24:6-8, 1Peter 2:9, Joel 2:2 and Mal. 4:1, said the current economic meltdown was predicted but that committed Christians would be exempted.

He prayed for resources for parents to always meet the demands of the time and declared the theme of this year’s Shiloh holding between Dec. 6 and Dec. 10 as “My Case is Different”.

The bishop said this year’s annual event of Shiloh would not be advertised as past events as it would be church based.

EFCC ban phone calls, visits to high-profile detainees

Following the release of former Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro and former presidential spokesman, Rueben Abati, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has placed a ban on all visits.

EFCC has also stopped all suspects and inmates from making phone calls to their lawyers, family members and loved ones.

Sources told our correspondent on Saturday that the development may not be unconnected to number of solidarity visits to many of the politicians in custody, including Bala Mohammed and Femi Fani-Kayode.

Newsmen were informed that the EFCC management issued the order in a circular from the office of Acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu.

Loan request: Don’t mortgage our future, Falana tells Buhari

A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana, said if President Muhammadu Buhari was serious about fighting corruption, he [Buhari] would not mortgage the future of the country by seeking a $29.9bn loan.

Ever since the economy fell into recession primarily as a result of a significant drop in oil prices, the Federal Government has been looking for ways to get the economy back on track, including its recent application for a $29.9bn loan from external sources.

Though the Senate rejected the loan application on Tuesday, the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, said the President would resubmit the request to borrow the money.

However, Falana said Buhari should stop chasing after the loan, but rather engage in an aggressive recovery of looted funds stashed away in foreign banks by past military rulers in the country.

The lawyer said this at a symposium tagged: “X-raying 50 years of military intervention in Nigeria’s politics”, organised by the Department of Political Science, University of Lagos.

Falana, who explained how the military started corruption in the country, said, “Between 1978 and 1986, this country incurred debts to the extent that we did not know how much we owed under the regime of General Ibrahim Babangida. They had to engage the services of a consultant in the West to tell us what we owed, and of course, the London Paris Club gave us a figure. That was the extent to which governance deteriorated.

“By the time [former President Olusegun] Obasanjo was paying the debts, in one fell swoop in 2005, this country parted with $12.4bn for the West to forgive our debts. Meanwhile, they were the real sinners. At that time, on both the principal and the interest, we had paid $42bn. That amount alone could have eradicated poverty in the entire Africa.

“Now again, President Buhari wants to get a loan of $30bn. You know what that means? For generations unborn, we will mortgage their future, except the money is genuinely meant for infrastructural development, which is usually not the case once the money comes in. So Buhari should forget about the $30bn loan when he can get more than that if he goes after our stolen money in the West.”

EFCC grills APC legal adviser, Muiz Banire for alleged bribery

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday questioned the National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress, Dr. Muiz Banire (SAN).

The EFCC also seized his passport before releasing him on administrative bail after detaining him for several hours.

The former Lagos State Commissioner for Transport, was quizzed for an alleged bribery of a judge.

The senior advocate was said to have transferred about N500, 000 to Justice Terseer Agbadu-Fishim of the National Industrial Court.

A source told The Punch, “While detectives were probing Justice Fishim’s account, they discovered that Banire deposited money into the judge’s account. So, we invited him and he did not deny it. He only said the money was not a bribe.

“Banire was quizzed by the EFCC for several hours and his passport was seized from him. He will return for more questioning as investigations continue.”

In a text message to the newspaper, Banire admitted to giving the judge money.

Banire wrote, “Thank you for clarification sought. I have no official relationship with the said judge. I have never appeared before him in any matter and in fact, in my entire professional career, I have only recently a month ago appeared at the industrial court before a separate judge.

“He was an old friend in the 90s, who only called me up some years back to seek financial assistance due to his mother’s death. Beyond that, I have not seen him in the last 17 years.”

Meanwhile, Nyesom Wike, Rivers State Governor, has condemned the National Judicial Council’s directive to judges under investigation to step down.

EFCC is presently probing Jonathan's 25 Ministers, aides or advisers and Wife.

At least 25 persons who served as ministers, aides or advisers to former President Goodluck Jonathan are being either investigated or prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission.

Apart from ministers and aides, Jonathan’s wife, Patience, and his cousin, Azibaola Robert, who is the Managing Director of OnePlus Holdings, are also under probe for an alleged $20m and $40m fraud respectively.

Also, over 15 heads of agencies and heads of military establishments who served under Jonathan are also under probe or prosecution.

Investigations by Saturday PUNCH, based on reports issued by the EFCC in the last 10 months, revealed that the probes range from the $15bn arms scam to the alleged disbursement of N23bn stolen oil funds and other allegations of financial impropriety.

One of such persons under probe is a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, whose accounts have been frozen while some of her properties, including a mansion worth N3.58bn in Abuja, have been seized by the EFCC.

Diezani, who claims to be suffering from cancer, has been in London since May 2015, where she is also being investigated by British anti-crime agencies.

Among other things, Diezani is accused of diverting $115m (N23bn) oil cash and distributing it to some prominent members of the Peoples Democratic Party during the build-up to the 2015 presidential election.

The Federal Government had in June released a list of recovered loot. In a statement by the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the government revealed the recoveries were made between May 29, 2015 and May 25, 2016.

The story of the Nigerian doctor who shone globally after he operated on an unborn baby

Our dear country, Nigeria shone brightly on the global stage as the news broke early in the week of a successful surgery a team of medical doctors, led by Nigerian-born Dr. Oluyinka Olutoye, carried on an unborn baby at a Texas hospital in the US.

According to medical reports, the unborn baby had sacrococcygeal teratoma, a rare tumour that appeared at the base of the baby’s tailbone. These types of tumours, it is estimated, occur in about one of 40,000 pregnancies, and if left unchecked, could continue taking the baby’s blood supply and eventually cause heart failure.

The baby’s mother, Margaret Boemer, first sensed that all was not well when her ultra-sound technician stayed unusually quiet during a routine 16-week prenatal checkup. Subsequent tests later showed that Boemer’s unborn child was suffering from the rare tumour.

One of the hospitals she visited in Houston, according to reports, “strongly recommended” that she should terminate the pregnancy. The report further had it that the hospitals reasoned that performing open fetal surgery -removing the baby before term in order to operate on the fetus—was too risky.

But Margaret Boemer’s story changed when she got to the Texas Children’s Hospital, where the doctors examined the tumour and gave her some words of hope. Interestingly, two doctors at the hospital, Oluyinka Olutoye and Darrell Cass, had about seven years ago, successfully performed a similar surgery.

Seven years after, Oluyinka Olutoye and Darrell Cass, alongside a team of about 20 others, performed yet another ‘miracle’ when it carried out a successful surgery on the unborn baby to remove the tumour and returned it to the mother’s womb; a feat that has generated global recognition of the baby as the baby born twice.

To carry out the operation on the baby named Lynlee Hope at 23 weeks, Olutoye and his team removed her from her mother’s womb, operated on her and then returned her to the womb where the injuries from her operation healed and she continued to grow until she was born again at 36 weeks.

According to reports, while Olutoye and his team were in the middle of the procedure, the baby’s heart stopped and needed to be restarted. She also required a blood transfusion at a stage.

Coming at a time when the image of the country is being bashed on the international scene by loads of negative reports about her citizens, Nigerians from all walks of life shelved their tribal and religious differences and rolled out the drums to celebrate the rare feat by one of their own.

The Federal Government had set the tone for the celebration when it felicitated with Olutoye and the people of Nigeria on the feat. According to a statement issued by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, President Muhammadu Buhari received the news of Dr. Olutoye’s unique feat with excitement and fulfillment and looked forward to meeting with him soonest.

“Nigerians are great people, making greater positive impacts in all fields of human endeavour in the Diaspora. Dr Olutoye’s feat is one of such testimonies,” the statement added.

In an exclusive interview with The Nation, Dr. Olutoye said he was humbled by all the attention the feat had generated.

He said: “I am truly humbled by all the attention that this has received. It is a privilege to work at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, to lead a team of talented physicians, nurses and others to provide care for Margaret Boemer and her baby Lynlee. It is a blessing to be able to care for families like the Boemers in their time of need.

“We should not forget that these brave parents are the ones who did not give up on their child but sought to do all they could to improve her outcome. They deserve the focus and attention. For me to be caught up in all this excitement is only by the grace of God.”

Olutoye, who obtained his medical degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, in 1988 before his doctoral degree in anatomy from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, in 1996, had relocated from Nigeria to the US to seek further educational opportunities.

He said: “At the completion of my medical education in Nigeria, I realised that I read about a lot of different aspects of medicine that I didn’t have the opportunity to be exposed to locally. I therefore sought further educational opportunities in the United States.”

The Ido Ani, Ondo State-born surgeon is a son of Major-General Olufemi Olutoye (rtd) and Prof. Omotayo Olutoye. He described his childhood as wonderful.

He said: “I had a wonderful childhood. I was born in Lagos and grew up with two loving parents, (Major-General (rtd) Olufemi Olutoye, OFR and Prof. Omotayo Olutoye); three sisters (Dr. Bunmi Okanlami, Funke Olugboji, ‘Toye Gansallo) and two brothers (Air Commodore (rtd) Dr. Femi Olutoye, Dr. Segun Olutoye); grandparents, numerous cousins, uncles and aunties.

“It was, and still is, a wonderful loving environment. We were all taught the importance of hard work and a solid education, and most importantly, the fear of The Lord. I hail from Ido-Ani in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State, and my father is the Alani of Ido-Ani, Oluwatomiloye the 1st.”

As a son of a soldier father and an academic mother, Olutoye said he was introduced early in life to a life that placed emphasis on the need to strive for excellence. He maintained that the character his parents helped him to inculcate as a child has endured till now.

He said: “The quest for excellence was introduced at an early age. I attended elementary school at Lagos University Staff School and subsequently King’s College Lagos. The character and friendships established in those formative years have endured to date.

“I proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife for my medical education at the Faculty of Health Sciences. There I met my beautiful bride (Prof. ‘Toyin Olutoye, nee Balogun) who is an anesthesiologist. We are blessed with two children. I had further training at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, prior to seeking additional training in the USA.

“In the USA, I started my post-graduate medical education in pediatrics at Howard University and District of Columbia General Hospital. I then had my general surgery training at Virginia Commonwealth University Hospitals, Richmond Virginia, during which I took time off for research and obtained a Ph.D in Anatomy from Virginia Commonwealth University.

“Following my training as a general surgeon, I sought additional training in pediatric, fetal and thoracic surgery at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. I then took up a faculty position at Baylor College of Medicine and, with my colleague, Dr. Darrell Cass, established the Texas Children’s Fetal Center at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston Texas.”

Growing up in such a family, the surgeon said he never wanted to be anything else but a medical doctor. “I always wanted to be a medical doctor,” he said in response to what his childhood dream was.

Despite the deluge of negative stories about Nigerians back home, Olutoye and many other Nigerians in the Diaspora have continued to do great exploits in their host countries. According to Olutoye, such feats are possible when they have access to resources and infrastructure.

“Nigerians are a talented people. If they decide to apply themselves, they can achieve much. When they then have access to resources and infrastructure, they can attain even greater heights,” he said.

In the face of growing desperation by young Nigerians who risk their lives to cross the Mediterranean just to get to Europe and America, Olutoye urged Nigerian youths to always note that the grass is not always greener on the other side of the divide.

“Do the best you can with what you have where you are. To quote Eleanor Roosevelt, the grass is not always greener on the other side. Look before you leap,” he said.

Given the global attention the feat may have attracted to Olutoye and his colleagues at the Texas hospital, one may want to believe that the people behind the feat would now walk around town with shoulders raised. For Olutoye, however, “such glory should be given to God.”

“I am the same person I was before. It is not about me. I give God all the glory.”

This 90-year-old woman waited years to vote for a female president, then died happy after casting her ballot

Like a big task on a bucket list achieved and given the historic scale of the election about to go down in the United States, a 90-year-old woman cast her vote for her candidate in the U.S. elections; for the first time in U.S. history, a woman could become the president there — something many never thought they’d be able to see in their lifetimes.

In a post to the National Pantsuit Day Facebook group on Wednesday, memberScott Harris shared a photo of his 90-year-old mother, Anita Harris. In the photo, Anita is all smiles and holding her mail-in ballot for the election. As Scott reveals in the post, she died just days after the photo was taken.

‘My mom. Voting for HRC. She waited 90 years. She passed away last night. She’ll be cheering from above Tuesday [night],’the caption read.

As Scott explained in an interview with the Huffington Post, his mother had been in hospice care for about eight months before the photo was taken. He added that the outpouring of love and support he’d received after posting it overwhelmed him.

‘What is amazing is that human kindness still exists within this contentious election,’ he said. ‘Just shows ‘Love Trumps Hate.’
