Fire guts palm kernel factory transformer in Abakaliki (PHOTO)

A palm kernel factory transformer in Abakaliki, Ebony State capital was gutted by fire today (Saturday).According to a report sent to Nigerian Tribune by an Eye Reporter, the transofrmer, which serves just the factory, went aflame on Saturday afternoon. The main cause of the fire was not ascertained.

It was however put out before the intervention of the fire fighters, who were said to have arrived late to the scene. No casuality was reported.

Sesame Street Actor David Smyrl Dies From Lung Cancer At 80 Years Old.

David Smyrl, known for his role as Mr Handford on Sesame Street, died on Tuesday, aged 80

David Smyrl, the Emmy-winning actor best known for his role as Mr Handford, the retired firefighter who ran Hooper's Store on Sesame Street, has died. He was 80.

Smyrl was diagnosed with lung cancer in January, his wife, Cheryl, said. He died on Tuesday at Lankenau Medical Center outside Philadelphia.

 Ne-Yo's wife Crystal Renay was well known for showing off her body on Instagram. But ever since she's given birth to the couple's child - she's been forced to refrain from exposing herself on social media.
Well that all ended yesterday. Crystal decided to let her "fans" in on what's going on in her life. She pulled down her pants, and pulled up her blouse - and showed her C-Section wound. We can't yet call it a scar, because it's obviously still healing.
