Man Without Scalp Caught Stealing With Pocketful Of VIAGRA (PICTURED)

A 62-year-old man named Tommie Bennett, who has no scalp was on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 caught stealing some equipment from a truck with a pocketful of Viagra.

The owner of the truck disclosed how he heard some funny noises from his truck parked outside an Economy Inn in Putnam County of Florida where he was staying.
