Smooth silk meets print as Jewel by Lisa released their S/S 2014 collection. This spirited collection clearly borrows from South-East Asia as we can see some kimono-like outfits. There are brilliant eye-popping shades of midnight blue, effervescent golden-browns and a mix of other colours like green and pink in what looks like a burst of brilliantly muted lights. If the colours don’t do it for you, there’s the experimental mixes of angles and layers: We love the triangular butterfly shaped shorts and the bib like mesh on some of the skirts. There’s an unmistakable fairy-like, high street cool to the entire collection from the fez caps to the unconventional bibs and edgy angles.
