Uniben Students Block Lagos-Benin Express Road To Mourn Female Student Knocked Down By Army Van.(photos)

Uniben students had a mass protest this morning due to the death of a female student who got knocked down by an army patrol van on sunday while she and her friends were trying to cross the ever busy Lagos-Benin express road adjacent the school main gate.
In the process of the protest the students blocked the express road where the accident occurred and constructed speed breakers themselves while they wait for the government to build  a bridge for them.

Ondo State Commissioner Of Tourism ,Deji Falae Laid To Rest In Akure,Ondo State.

The burial of the Ondo State commissioner of Culture and Tourism, Deji Falae, took place today in Akure the Ondo State capital.
Mr. Falae died in the tragic Associated Airline air crash that killed 15 people on October 3rd 2013. The Embraer EMB-120 aircraft with 20 people on board plunged to the ground shortly after take off from the local wing of the Murtala International Airport in Lagos.
