After Mavin Records signed 4 new acts; DNA twins, POE and John Drille, it is reported that Don Jazzy has eye for another, in the person of Big Brother Naija’s Debie Rise. The musician, who is currently one of the housemates in the show is an unsigned act after parting ways with her former label. She is one to look out for and has caught the eye of the boss of Mavin crew.

Mavin Record's Dr Sid Turns BRT Conductor For MTN.

The amazement and excitement in the on-going MTN SURPRISE campaign continued this week, with one of MTN’s ambassadors and the Mavin Records’ Doctor, Dr. SID was the centre of attraction, boarding one of the free BRT buses that was coming from Ikorodu.

The free buses were provided by MTN. The Surulere crooner who boarded the bus
at Idiroko  bus/stop, announced himself as the official bus conductor. The commuters were stunned. They could not just stop imagining themselves being in the same BRT bus with Dr. SID. It was an unthinkable surprise.The excitement was such that many of the passengers refused to alight at their bus-stops, in order to continue the fun with Dr. SID while enjoying the surprise packages he was giving out.

Comic act Hafiz Oyetoro better known as ‘Saka’ is in the studio now with Don Jazzy working on an MTN sponsored song for TV Ads and radio jingles. They were both spotted in the studio doing some recordings recently .
