The Nigerian army has arrested a female suicide bomber and has given an update on the most recent suicide attacks in Adamawa and Borno states.

Four Women Remanded In Kirikiri For Frostitution.





A 58-year-old woman, Sandra Akomake, was on Wednesday remanded in Kirikiri Prison by a Lagos State Magistrates’ Court in Igbosere after pleading guilty to a one-count charge of prostitution.

Ortom Wants To Ask For More Bailout Funds From FGN??????? Choi.



Benue state Governor Samuel Ortom has disclosed that the state government will approach the Federal Government for more bailout funds to enable it pay the huge backlog of salaries and pensions after the 28 billion naira earlier released by the CBN proved inadequate.

FG Plans N8 Trillion Budget For 2016.



The Federal Government is currently working on the 2016 budget that will be between N7tn and N8tn. The figures are higher than the 2015 budget of N4.4tn.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo disclosed this in a paper entitled: ‘The economy – Where we are today’, which he delivered at a presidential retreat organised by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation for ministers-designate on Thursday.

UK Plans To Deport 29,000 Nigerians.





Britain is working with the Federal Government on the planned deportation of 29,000 Nigerians from the United Kingdom, an exercise that is expected to commence soon after fulfillment of all legal obligations.
The UK stated that it would continue to maintain dialogue with the FG “on this important and sensitive matter which is of vital importance to our relations.”

Man Allegedly Rapes Neigbour’s 3-Year-Old Daughter.



A 32-year-old man, Tope Thomas, appeared before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, on Thursday for allegedly defiling his neigbhour’s three-year-old girl. The accused, who resides at No. 4, Mafo Close, Off Abeokuta Road, Ogba,  was arraigned on a two-count charge of defilement and causing the breach of peace.
